After opening bag and removing an oxygen absorber, you may use for steamed rice cakes by mixing it with rice flour or directly as toppings on various rice cakes. If you want softer texture, use it by wetting or soaking in water for 20~30 minutes.
It is a dried product, so please have sufficient steaming time.
White powder on the surface of the product is sugar, so you may feel relieved in using.
